The menu offers local products of premium quality.


Our kitchen team works with products from our own garden and offers a variety of fine dishes. As an example, we might suggest sauteed scallops with cauliflower puree and iberico ham, followed by tenderloin of Cantabrian beef on a mushroom soil, and for dessert, our violet ice-cream with chocolate in different textures – delicious!

The Antique stables have now become our fine dining restaurant, which features an attractive blend of stone and wood.
